1. Data Collection and Storage

With the VIP Service, we offer you extensive additional functions which you can use. In order to provide you with these services, however, we require certain personal information from you. An overview of the services we provide and information we require from you in each instance is given below:

Birthday (E-)Mail
If you register for this service, we will send you a mail on your birthday with a voucher which you can redeem at any of our branches. Please note that this voucher is only valid for you and cannot be transferred. To check this, we will ask you your name, address, date of birth and e-mail address.
VIP Ticker
The VIP Ticker offers you the option of publicizing messages via our website in a field specially designated for this purpose. Should it prove necessary, we are obliged to be able to assign the contributions to a specific person. For this reason, we use your registration data in the background for this service.
Form Completion Service
If you dont want to register every time you enter one of our prize games, simply use our form completion service. This means that all you have to do is log in with your user name and password and all of the data we need to register you for the prize game is entered into the form automatically.
2.4 Prize Games
We require at least the following data from you if you want to compete in the prize games organized by us and our cooperation partners:
First name, last name; address; e-mail address; telephone number; mobile number; date of birth.
We use the address data to notify the winners. We need your date of birth to check whether you were of age at the time of participation. Please note that you are only entitled to participate without further requirements if this is the case, unless the prize game terms and conditions state otherwise.
We also use this data to inform you about attractive offers and novelties.
Even if you participate in a prize game, Ann Christine reserves the right to pass on your data to its advertising and product partners for the purpose of advertising and market and opinion research in compliance with the competition rules. Advertising and product partners are all companies involved in prize games organized by Ann Christine and/or whose products are advertised thereby and/or whose products are offered as the game prizes.
2.5 Online Application
We offer you the quick and easy option of applying for jobs offered by us using the online form. We have to ask you for certain information in order to process your application. The data you provide is used solely to process your application. If we no longer require your data, because we have selected another applicant, for example, we will ensure its deletion.
If you give your consent, we will forward you application to other companies within the group if they are interested. In the event that you do give your consent, we will also store your data in a database which we access when announcing positions.

With the complaints box we offer you the opportunity to make remarks or state your opinion about us and our products and services. You can also use the complaints box to draw our attention to other problems. To answer your inquiries, we need your name and e-mail address. We evaluate the problems and suggestions revealed to us through the complaints box in order to continuously improve our service.

The Ann Christine web server is operated by our orders data processor in Germany.
4. Minors
If you are not yet eighteen years of age, you should only use this website with the permission of your parent or guardian. The protection of the personal data of children is of special importance to us. For this reason, we do not knowingly collect any data from minors without the consent of their parent or guardian. If we notice that minors are entering their personal data without the necessary consent or that the personal data of minors is being entered by others, we delete the data.
5. Data Security
Ann Christine takes all efforts to ensure that your personal data is protected against loss, falsification or access by unauthorized persons. If you send personal data to us electronically by entering it on our website, your data is transferred per internet in coded form via a secure state-of-the-art connection (SSL) to our computer, where it is stored and secured. Please note on the other hand that data sent by e-mail is never encrypted.
We would like to point out that the state of the art is currently such that the security of data transferred within the internet cannot be comprehensively guaranteed.
